Teddi Barber has made significant contributions to healthcare operations over the course of her career, which has been defined by her exceptional talent in engineering and executing highly complex strategic endeavors. She is renowned for her capacity to foster innovation and multi-disciplinary collaboration, all aimed at elevating healthcare operations and enhancing patient care.

Prior to joining FloridaUrology Partners, Barber led the strategic operations division of the Tampa General Hospital Provider Network and has served as Vice President of Healthcare Strategy and Innovation at a distinguished business advisory and consultancy firm in Tampa, Florida.She was also an integral part of the corporate management team, overseeing hospital operations across three countries within Shriners Hospitals forChildren®.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Florida Urology Partners, Barber is directly responsible for the continued growth in patient access points throughout the state of Florida, developing collaborative alignment strategies to further the mission and care-delivery model of the group and to ensure the continued success of the daily operations across the nearly twenty locations throughout the region.

Barber holds a Master ofBusiness Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of South Florida, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and economics. She is also a member of the American College of Health Executives, underscoring her commitment to the healthcare industry's excellence and advancement.
