Nirav Patel, MD, Radiation Oncologist, Joins Florida Urology Partners

Tampa, Fla., (August, 2023) –Florida Urology Partners, a nationally recognized urologic specialty consortium which provides world-class comprehensive care and treatment for a wide range of conditions, including highly complex urological and other closely-related cancers, has added Dr. Nirav V. Patel, to its oncology practice alongside Dr. Alexander Engelman.

Dr. Nirav Patel is aboard-certified Radiation Oncologist committed to providing exceptional care to patients in their fight against cancer. Dr. Patel completed his under graduate studies and medical school at the prestigious University of Virginia. He then received comprehensive residency training at the University of Miami, where he had the honor of serving as chief resident. He has experience in treating a wide range of cancers with expertise in using advanced techniques, including external beam radiation therapy, stereotactic body radiation therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, brachytherapy, as well as proton therapy. During his residency, he completed an externship at the world-renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, where he gained additional experience with brachy therapy as a treatment modality for prostate cancer. Dr. Patel is credited with multiple publications in internationally recognized journals, in addition to numerous presentations at international conferences.

 Dr. Patel is currently treating and accepting new patients at his office located at 3140 S. Falkenburg Rd. Suite 104, Riverview, FL 33578. His arrival marks a significant mile stone for Florida Urology Partners as we continue to expand our services and offer comprehensive radiation oncology care and treatment to the community.
