Florida Urology Partners’ COO, Teddi Barber, Receives “Best in Class” National Recognition

(Tampa, FL) Florida Urology Partners’ Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Teddi R. Barber, receives national recognition as being “Best in Class” for her contributions to healthcare and her transformational leadership style in Boss Magazine’s Year in Review issue (December 2023). Barber joined Florida Urology Partners in January of 2023 and has brought with her a commanding and inspiring presence which has yielded tremendous value to the Organization. “Teddi’s leadership style, dedication and commitment to the Florida Urology Partners’ Organization is unlike anything we have ever witnessed,” shares Florida Urology Partners’ President of the Board, Dr. Raviender Bukkapatnam. “Her innate ability to maximize opportunities and inspire change and value within and across our many verticals has further fueled Florida Urology Partner’s competitive advantage and position in the market.”

With a majority of her career tenure spent with large health systems, including an international pediatric organization, Barber has quickly become a trusted name in healthcare. In 2023, Barber’s healthcare leadership was further acknowledged when she was recognized as a top female leader in the Tampa Bay region. Barber received her master’s degree from the University of South Florida in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics. In addition to her professional portfolio, Barber is a dedicated philanthropist and supports many organizations in the Tampa Bay Region.
