Neil Manimala M.D.

 

Dr. Neil Manimala is proud to be serving the Tampa Bay area as a board-certified urologist with Florida Urology Partners. A native of Valrico, FL, Dr. Manimala received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of South Florida. He was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for exemplifying compassionate, collaborative, and scientifically excellent care. Dr. Manimala then completed his general surgery

internship and urology residency at the University of South Florida, completing a year as chief resident. His training included extensive experience with andrology, prosthetic urology, reconstructive urology at Tampa General Hospital, and urologic oncology at the Moffitt Cancer Center. 

Dr. Manimala’s clinical interests include numerous fields within adult general urology: male sexual medicine including erectile dysfunction (ED) and Peyronie’s disease, male and female urinary dysfunction including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and stress/urge incontinence, genitourinary oncology, stone disease, robotic surgery and minimally invasive approaches.

Dr. Manimala believes there is no one-size-fits-all solution to urologic problems, and would work with you to make a decision regarding a surgical or non-surgical treatment option. His primary office is in Riverview, and he operates out of St. Joseph’s Hospital-South, Brandon Regional Hospital, South Florida Baptist Hospital, South Bay Hospital, Tampa General Hospital, and Tampa General Hospital Brandon Healthplex.
